Archery Club - Sign Up Now and Space Limited!

Mr. Williams is starting an after school archery club!

Mr. Williams is a certified instructor with the National Archery in Schools Program (NASP) and through grant funding, support from the PTSA, and Dora Moore we are excited to start this program!

The National Archery in the Schools Program is an in-school program aimed at improving educational performance among students in grades 4th – 12th. And through it, students are learning focus, self-control, discipline, patience, and the life lessons required to be successful in the classroom and in life.

Currently, we are offering this club to 4th & 5th grade students after school (4:00pm - 5:00pm) on Wednesdays starting March 8th. Space is limited to 12 students due to equipment and safety and enrollment in the club will be confirmed via an email as we assume more than 12 students will be interested in signing up. We intend to increase participation as more equipment and capacity allows!

Safe2Tell Reminder

After some of the happenings last week in Colorado, DPS is reminding the community about what resources are available for anyone who suspects danger to themselves or others. If you or a student hears of a threat made against another student or the school, this should be reported immediately to a trusted adult, Safe2Tell at 877-542-7233 or online at www.safe2tell.org. We are committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all students and staff.
