Well we made it to the last week of December, which means it is also the last week of the semester. 🤯

We are looking forward to a fun week, especially since it is Spirit Week! We have a fun theme dialed up for each day. We also have great opportunities to support families with food over the break as well as Christmas gifts--see below for details!

Would you benefit from some Christmas present support for your children? We can help!

This is our second annual effort to support our Dora Moore families to bridge a potential gap with Christmas presents for their kids. We are so excited to report that through some strategic partnerships and generous donations, we have secured a lot of brand new toys that any Dora Moore family in need can come and select for free. 

Here are the details: 

1. Any current Dora Moore family can participate. We believe we have enough gifts for any family in need to choose two presents per child in their household. We have bags and boxes to discreetly transport them home!
2. The presents we have secured are generally for children in the ranges of 3 - 12 years old. 
3. Our Christmas pop-up store is open from 8:00am - 4:00pm on Thursday, December 19th and Friday, December 20th. 
   1. Buzz-in at the main office, get a visitor's pass and let us know you are here to shop for presents and we will send you up.

Thank you for coming to the Winter Music Showcases!

We had a lot of families attend our short and joyful showcases on Friday. We appreciate Mr. Martin and his program so very much and we loved seeing our students so happy. 🥰

Dora Moore's Discovery Link Program Is Looking To Hire!

Ms. Courtney in Discovery Link is looking for an experienced after-school educator to join her team. The Program Leader positions entails being responsible for providing careful supervision of youth Kinder-8th grade, assisting in planning program curriculum and promoting a cooperative relationship with all Discovery Link staff and school personnel.
