Fall Lunch: Details for Tomorrow!

We are looking forward to gathering together tomorrow on Thursday, November 17th for our annual Fall Lunch. Please take a moment to read the information below in its entirety to ensure you have the most up to date information regarding this event.

Tickets:

If you have purchased a ticket (adult and/or non-DM student), Ms. Patty will have them at the door as you check-in! Patty has a comprehensive list and she will be checking families in.
No tickets will be sold at the door tomorrow Nov. 17th 2022.
Current Dora Moore students will use their lunch card/DPS ID number for lunch that day.

Check-In:

We will have two attendants at the check-in table who will check families in upon arrival. The check-in table will be located at Door #13 (cafeteria) off of Corona Street. No families will be let in through our main entrance for this event to decrease traffic and disruptions to our learning spaces upstairs.
- All Thanksgiving Lunch participants (eating or not) will be required to use the cafeteria entrance, as the main entrance will not be accessible during this time.

Schedule:

For families with multiple children, please plan on attending more than one lunch. Parents/guardians do not need to purchase more than one ticket, however, due to the high volume of people attending this event and limited seating in the cafeteria, we will not be able to release students from class to attend a different lunch time.

*ECE parents should sign-in through the main doors and start in the class.*

10:40am - 11:15am ECE (Ms. Alicia)
11:20am - 11:50am ECE (Ms. Levison)
11:20am - 11:45am Kindergarten
11:50am - 12:20pm 3rd & 4th Grade
12:20pm - 12:50pm 1st & 2nd Grade
12:50pm - 1:10pm 5th & 6th Grade
1:10pm - 1:30pm 7th & 8th Grade

Seating:

Tables in the cafeteria will be sectioned off by grade-level.
We want all children to feel included, so if you see a child who does not have a family member present, we encourage you to ask them to join you as part of the greater Dora Moore family.
