Dear Frontier Academy Community,
Some of you may have noticed that Dr. Every has been absent for the last couple weeks and I wanted to update you on some health challenges he has had recently. In the last 9 days, Dr. Every has suffered two strokes and is currently receiving great care in the ICU at a hospital in Denver. I'm pleased to report that he is in good spirits and he and his doctors are optimistic for a full recovery soon.
Although he is experiencing some physical symptoms from the stroke, he is the same brilliant educator who has served as our elementary principal for almost 10 years. Dr. Every is very appreciative of the well wishes and prayers from our community and is eager to get back to our amazing students, staff, and families as soon as possible. If you need assistance while he is out, please feel free to contact me or our assistant principals Amy Willis or Jenny Geisick.
