Dear Frontier Academy Families & Community,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to you today with an urgent request regarding our high school and middle school volleyball program at Frontier Academy.
As you may know, our school has been actively searching for 4 qualified volleyball coaches for the past six months. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, we have not received any applications for either the middle school or high school coaching positions. This has put us in a challenging situation as we approach the upcoming volleyball season.
Without a coach, we may be forced to consider canceling both the high school and middle school volleyball programs for this season. This is not a decision we take lightly, as we understand the importance of extracurricular activities in the development and well-being of our students. Volleyball has always been a cherished sport at Frontier Academy, and we are committed to providing our students with the opportunity to participate and excel in this sport.
Therefore, I am reaching out to you, our valued families, and community members, in the hopes that you may be able to assist us in finding a qualified volleyball coach. If you know of anyone who has the necessary experience, passion, and dedication to lead our teams, we would greatly appreciate your support in spreading the word and encouraging them to apply.

Time is of the essence, as we have until Friday, July 19 to secure a coach before the start of the season. Your support and assistance in finding a qualified candidate will be crucial in ensuring the continuation of our volleyball program.
