2021-2022 School Registration

 

Thank you to those families/guardians who have completed registration for the 2021-2022 school year!

 

As a reminder, we will be hosting registration from 3:00-6:00 PM, TOMORROW, August 4th, 2021 in the Gym.

 

New Students: please make sure to bring in the following information: 

• Student Birth Certificate 

• Student Record of Immunizations

• Parent ID

• Proof of Address

Returning Students: Please plan to attend to complete the following items.

• Free and Reduced Lunch application (family.titank12.com)

• 2021- 2022 Registration Packet

• Birth Certificate (Please bring if not on file)
