 Summer Camp Orientation

We’re so excited to welcome you to the RFMA Summer Program! Join us for a quick and informative orientation to get ready for an amazing summer together.

 Date: June 10th or June 12th (Pick which date works best for you) 

 Time: 4:30 - 6:30 PM

 Location: 5330 Meade St. Denver CO, 80221

If you cannot make it, please let me know as soon as possible as this is mandatory!

 Orientation Agenda:

• Warm Welcome

• Meet the Team – Get to know our counselors and staff

• Communication – How to stay informed and in touch

• Behavior Matrix & Expectations – Creating a safe, respectful camp environment

• Daily Schedule – What a typical day looks like

• Field Trips – Info on outings and permission slips

• Complete Any Outstanding Forms – add any missing information for enrollment

• Q&A Session – Ask us anything!

• Closing Remarks

Youth who are traveling on our bus from the Westwood neighborhood will follow the schedule as below: For the mornings, youth will be dropped off between 7:45 and 8:00 at Blossom House for an 8:00 AM Bus Departure, from 3300 W Nevada Pl Denver CO 80219. In the afternoons, the same youth will depart from RFMA at 3:00 and the youth who are signed up for Boys and Girls Club, will arrive there around 3:30 (depending on traffic) and the youth getting picked up at Blossom House will get dropped of to be picked up by their adults 3:45-4:00.
