Medication Pick-Up Notice – End of School Year

05/13/25, 1:02 PM

Dear Families,

As we approach the end of the 2024–2025 school year, we want to remind you that any student medications stored in the health office must be picked up by the last day of school. Unfortunately, we cannot store any medications over the summer, and any that remain will be safely disposed of after the school year ends.

Please stop by the front office no later than the last day of school to pick up your child’s medication.

If your child will require medication or a health care plan (such as for asthma, allergies, etc.) for the next school year, please note:

  • New paperwork must be filled out and signed by a healthcare provider.

  • All medications, including over-the-counter items, require a signed medication form.

  • Medications must be in their original packaging.

  • Prescription medications must have a pharmacy label.

  • Please check expiration dates—expired medications cannot be administered and will be returned.

Thank you for helping us ensure a safe and smooth end to the school year. If you have any questions, please contact the front office.

Warm regards,
RFMA Front Office Staff
