Dear KNDLA Team & Family,
We are incredibly excited that after a rigorous selection process, Mr. Jay Gordon will be joining KNDLA as the next principal! Mr. Gordon will join KNDLA in late April to begin his next chapter leading our incredible campus.
Mr. Gordon is a father of three and a seasoned educator with over 20 years of education experience across multiple cities, with his most recent experience right here in Far Northeast Denver. He holds a B.A. from the University of Cincinnati and a Masters’ in Educational Leadership and Organizational Entrepreneurship from Harvard University.
Mr. Gordon is invested in ensuring that KNDLA continues to be a place where students are pushed academically and develop into future leaders of our communities. He shares: “I am eager to collaborate with fellow educators and leaders to empower students, nurture their potential, and cultivate a supportive environment where every individual can thrive. KIPP Northeast Denver Leadership Academy's mission closely aligns with my values, and I am excited to contribute my expertise and dedication to advancing the school's vision of educational excellence and equity.”
