Dear High School Families,

For all students attending the Frontier Academy Homecoming on October 4th, 2025:

As Homecoming is a school function, school rules and policies will still apply.  Staff and security will be at the dance monitoring for individuals who may be under the influence of any substance that is not permitted during a normal school day.  If any student shows symptoms of being under the influence of an illegal substance, parents will be notified and required to pick up their student, with possible consequences as stated in the school behavior discipline matrix. In addition, the police may be contacted if necessary.  We want students to have fun and celebrate in all the appropriate ways!

Frontier Families,

Earlier this school year, we informed you that Union Colony Security would no longer be providing traffic support in front of our campuses.

Since May 2025, we have been actively searching for a new company to fill this important role. We have reached out to multiple security companies, but so far, none have been able to meet our requirements for proper documentation, training, and safety standards. Our priority is to hire a reputable company that can ensure a safe environment for our students and families.

If you are aware of any reputable security companies that may be interested in providing traffic support for Frontier Academy, we would greatly appreciate your recommendations.

Please send any suggestions or contact information to me at yatesm@frontieracademy.net.

Thank you for your continued support as we work to find the right solution.

Sincerely,
Mike Yates
Director of Operations & Security
