Volunteers Needed! 🛍️

Our students have been working hard to earn Dojo points, and it’s time for them to start redeeming them at our schoolwide Dojo Store! We need amazing volunteers to help:

🛒 “Sell” prizes📦 Stock inventory🧮 Track points spent

🗓️ The store will run every Thursday, with each class visiting every other week.
⏰ Shifts range from 1 to 3 hours, and we’re looking for volunteers who can help on more than one Thursday.

📣 Booster Club Meets Tonight – Join Us! 🎉

The Booster Club is a parent-led group that supports our students in clubs and sports 🏀🎭📚 through fundraising 💰, volunteering 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️, and community spirit ❤️.
We meet tonight at 6:30 PM 🕡 at The Tavern 🍽️ (and every 3rd Wednesday of the month 📅).

Even if you can’t commit to every meeting, we’d love your 💡 ideas for fundraising or your 🤝 help with even one event. Every bit of time and talent makes a difference for our school community 🐾💙.

📢 Reminder from the Health Office 🩺

Please log in to your student’s Infinite Campus portal 💻 and complete the online registration for the 2025-2026 school year 📚.

✅ The health permissions need to be completed at the beginning of every year so our health clerks and nurse can care for your child.
📝 It’s also important to update if there have been any changes to your child’s health ❤️.

This only takes a few minutes ⏳ and should be on the main page of Infinite Campus when you log in.

✅ Complete a background check

To view the expiration date of your background check:

Log in to your Raptor account.
Your username is your email address.
If you don’t remember your password, reset it.
At the top of the page, click Account.
Your Expiration Date will be displayed — this is the date by which your background check expires.

👋 Join Us for Volunteer Orientation!

🗓️ Weekly Option:
Orientations are held every Tuesday at 8:00 AM starting August 12
📍 Check in at the K–3 front office
🪪 Don’t forget to bring a valid photo ID!

🌙 Evening Options:
Can’t make it in the morning? Join us before OPT (Organization of Parents & Teachers) meetings from 5:30–6:00 PM on:
