📅 Elementary Back-to-School Night
📅 Date: July 31st
🕓 Time: 4:00–6:00 PM
To help create a more meaningful experience, we’re dividing the evening into four 30-minute sessions based on students’ last names. This allows us to connect more intentionally with each family.
🎒 If you're bringing school supplies, please take them directly to your child’s classroom.
Time Slots by Last Name:
- A–E: 4:00–4:30 PM
- F–K: 4:30–5:00 PM
- L–P: 5:00–5:30 PM
- Q–Z: 5:30–6:00 PM
If your assigned time slot doesn’t work for your family, feel free to come anytime between 4:00 and 6:00 PM.
We’re excited to kick off the year with you!
📚 1st Day of School
The first day of school is Monday, August 4 — the first bell rings at 7:40 AM.
Kindergarteners will have a late start on Monday only, beginning at 10:00 AM.
🚗📚 Elementary Student Pickup & Dropoff Update
👷♂️ The City of Greeley’s Traffic Engineers Office has requested a few changes for this school year during pickup and dropoff at the elementary school.
📍 They are asking that all vehicles pull up on the side of the road (in the bike lane) for student dropoff and pickup.
🚫 Please do not park or wait in the center median lane — this is no longer allowed.

- 6th Grade: 7:20 AM – 12:00 PM
- 9th Grade: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM

- ⛳ High School Golf tryouts begin August 4th

Ready to Volunteer at Frontier Academy?
We love having families involved on campus! If you'd like to volunteer, please complete the following steps before your first visit:
- 👋 Attend a Volunteer Orientation – held every Tuesday at 8:00 AM starting August 12th🪪 Bring a valid photo ID and check in at the K–3 front office
- 📝 Fill out the Visitor/Volunteer Form
📅 Reminder: The first day for visitors and volunteers at the elementary school is September 8th. This allows our students time to settle into routines and build independence.
