Leader In Me - Parent Survey - Action Required

Important clarification: We want to make sure there’s no confusion. We’re asking all staff, all parents, and all students in grades 4–8 to complete the survey. This message specifically refers to the All Parent Survey, which is now open and ready for your feedback.

Dear PRA Panthers, April 14th, 2025

PRA initiated a comprehensive transformation during the last school year through the Leader in Me program. This impactful framework equips students with essential 21st-century leadership and life skills while fostering a culture of empowerment, rooted in the belief that every child has the potential to be a leader.

Through the Leader in Me program, our objective in the second year of implementation has been to transform our collective mindset to recognize every staff member and student—regardless of age—as a leader who possesses the capability to:

lead themselves and their own learning & thinking.
cooperate with and listen to others.
share their strengths and gifts to improve/enhance their community.
use their voice and ideas to inspire others.

We would greatly appreciate your feedback regarding our initiatives over the past year to cultivate a school environment that embraces these mindsets and empowers every learner to take charge of their own educational journey.

PRA will be conducting surveys to learn more about key areas of strength and areas of needed growth in our school. In order for us to have a holistic picture of what is going on in our school, we are asking all full-time staff members, parents/guardians, and students in 4th - 8th grade to participate. This feedback is important to collect as we evaluate our overall progress within our community.

We welcome your feedback! Participation in the survey is entirely voluntary and anonymous. We encourage one member from each household to share their thoughts with us.

This survey only takes about 10 minutes to complete and will ask questions about your child and about his or her experience at PRA this year. If you have more than one child attending the school, you will be asked to think about the oldest child's experiences as you answer questions related to his or her growth.
