Thank a Teacher - Are you having trouble?

Hi PRA Parents,

Many of you have informed me that you are unable to select a student when trying to place your Thank a Teacher gift.

My School Bucks has given me the following directions to fix this:

remove your current student
re-add them to MSB in account
you will have to enter either their student ID or their birthday
if you are still having trouble, please call the MSB Parent Help Line: 1-855-832-5226
