The first PRA PTO Restaurant Night(s) starts TODAY!!! Come join PRA at Lazy Dog (Highlands Ranch location ONLY) any time from Monday, August 9th-Thursday, August 12th. Lazy Dog is giving PRA families 4 days to come in or order takeout, and with the attached flyer or the coupon code, 15% of total bill goes back to the PTO. Thank you for your continued support!!

We are asking that ALL parents K-6th fill out the 24/25 Walker Form. We have quite a few children that we are missing forms for, so please take a moment to fill this out for EACH child you have at PRA (K-6).

“The Platte River Obstacle Course: September 19th, 2024" REGISTER TODAY
We're excited to introduce this year's main fundraiser, the PRA Panthers Obstacle Course. Our goal this year is to raise $35,000 for outdoor space for teachers and students to benefit ALL students at Platte River Academy Charter.
Big kick-off day is TOMORROW!!!

THIS WEEKEND! GET YOUR TICKETS TODAY!
Our PRA Singers will be singing the National Anthem at the Rockies Game vs the Chicago Cubs on Saturday Sept 14, 2024. This is a wonderful community building event for our school. As an additional perk, If we sell a certain number of tickets the Rockies will donate funds back to PRA. Using the QR code you can get discounted tickets to this game. Make sure you click on "Participating Schools" and then find Platte River Academy to get the discount. Come join the fun!!

Homework Club is 9/11. To sign your child up, please go HERE.
Please remember that Homework Club ends at 4pm. Please make sure that your child is picked up at 4pm.

Our Vision & Hearing Screening is on Wednesday, September 11th. We still need 3 volunteers for the day. If you are interested, please sign up HERE.
All students in grades k,1,2,3,5,7,new students to PRA, and students who have an IEP will have vision and hearing screenings

If you would like to opt your child out of vision, hearing or both screenings please let us know by Wednesday, September 10th. Email pbrown@prak8.org with your child’s name, grade, and the screening you do not want your child to have.
