Greetings McMeen Families!

 If you submitted a consent form for your student to receive vaccines during our Denver Health In-School Immunization clinic last week but your student did not receive any vaccines, it is probably because:

- The consent form was submitted too late 

- Denver Health was unable to reach you to confirm 1st time consents

- Your student was absent the days of the clinic

Don't worry! There are still many ways to get your family is up-to-date with their immunizations.

- Check out the Denver Health School Based Centers (DH-SBCs) website! https://www.denverhealth.org/services/school-based-health-centers

DH-SBCs provide NO COST care to any and all DPS students, regardless of immigration or insurance status.
