Greetings McMeen Families!

We are hosting another in-school immunization clinic here at McMeen on March 11th and 13th. 

If our records show that your student is not up-to-date with Colorado mandated immunizations for school attendance, your student should have been given a consent form. Please be on the look out for this form in your students' backpacks.

Consent forms may also be completed electronically via QR code on the attached flyer. 

Even though consent forms were due yesterday, there is still time to turn consent forms in!

If your student is in need of immunizations AND you have already signed consent for your student to received immunizations from the Denver Health In-School Immunization Program, you will not receive another consent form. Denver Health will reach out to you, closer to the dates of the clinic, to confirm if you would like your student to receive their shots.
