Update to Immunization Clinic Message

Just to clarify: If your student is in need of immunizations AND you have already signed consent for your student to received immunizations from the Denver Health In-School Immunization Program, you will not receive another consent form. Denver Health will reach out to you, closer to the dates of the clinic, to confirm if you would like your student to receive their shots.
