Greetings McMeen Families!

 We are hosting another in-school immunization clinic here at McMeen on March 11th and 13th. 

  If our records show that your student is not up-to-date with Colorado mandated immunizations for school attendance, your student will be given a consent form. Please be on the look out for this form in your students' backpacks over the next few days.

  Consent forms may also be completed electronically via QR code on the attached flyer. 

 Consent forms must be completed and signed by a guardian and returned to McMeen by February 25th (next Tuesday).
