Greetings McMeen Families!

  McMeen is hosting an in-school eye/vision clinic with the fabulous organization, Eye Love Care. Eye Love Care provides vision exams and glasses, if needed, at not cost to families, regardless of insurance or immigration status.

This is a great opportunity to have you students receive vision exams, during the school day, without having to leave work/schedule time to take your student to an outside provider.

Participating students will be seen by the Eye Love Care team October 25th, 28th and 29th.

In order for students to participate, a parent/guardian must submit a completed and signed consent form to McMeen no later than October 24th. 

  Please keep a look out for information/consent forms in your students' Thursday folders, tomorrow, October 17th.

 *** Returning Patients: If your student was seen by Eye Love Care last school year, you will still need to complete another consent form, however, if there have not been any health changes, you may write "no changes" on the health history portion.
