Dear McMeen Families,

As we celebrate Women's History Month this March, I am filled with profound gratitude for the remarkable women who contribute to our McMeen community. From our dedicated staff who support our students' growth to the nurturing mothers, sisters, aunts, grandmothers, family members, and caregivers who play an essential role in our children's lives, their contributions are truly invaluable.

Throughout history, women have been trailblazers, breaking barriers, and shaping the world we live in today. At McMeen, we are fortunate to witness the impact of these contributions firsthand as our female staff members and family members lead by example, embodying the values of compassion, resilience, and dedication.

To all the incredible women of the McMeen community—whether you are a teacher or caregiver—I extend my deepest appreciation for your unwavering commitment to our students and families. Your tireless efforts create a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.

As we honor Women's History Month, let us take a moment to celebrate the remarkable women within our McMeen family and the indelible mark they leave on our hearts and minds. Together, let us continue to uplift, empower, and support one another as we strive to create a brighter future for all.

With heartfelt appreciation and admiration,

Principal Hinman
