McMeen Elementary

Thank you to all the volunteers who helped out with the Winter Festival last night. A couple reminders before we sign off for 2023.

1. Remember to turn in your Read-a-thon reading log and and donations to your teacher ASAP.
2. The first PTO meeting of 2024 will be Monday, January 8 @ 6pm. Join to learn more about how to get involved in spring events and the new Classroom Ambassadors program (details below).

Our goal this school year is to have 50% of families signed up to help raise funds. So we can track participation, please email us with a screenshot of your signup along with your student's name and teacher. Need help linking your account? Email us and we can help.

Don't have the bandwidth to volunteer but want to help? There are other ways! Make a donation to the PTO. Contributions help fund school projects, events, and scholarships. McMeen Elementary PTO is a 501(c)3 organization and contributions may be tax-deductible. Make a donation here.

Businesses can support McMeen through the new sponsorship program. 100% of the money raised by the PTO sponsorship program for the 2023-2024 school year will fund fund teacher grants, programs, and classroom resources at McMeen Elementary. The McMeen Elementary Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) exists for the purpose of supporting the education and well-being of children at McMeen by fostering relationships among the students, families, staff, and community. This mission is accomplished through volunteer support, fundraising efforts, community-building events, and teacher and programmatic support. Membership is free and open to all McMeen families and staff.
