Dear McMeen Families,

 

Thank you for your understanding about Back to School Night. It was a very tough decision to be made, but it was necessary as our number one priority is the safety and well-being of students and staff.

 

I am writing to let you know that we will have an early-release Heat Day tomorrow, Friday September 1, 2023. We will get out of school at 11:40 am.

If your student rides a bus, transportation will pick up from the school at 11:40 am. 

 

I understand this is short notice, an inconvenience for many of our families, and that childcare may be an issue for some. I am available to answer questions you may have regarding the early-release Heat Day. 

 

As always, thank you for your continued support of our school, and I very much appreciate your patience as we successfully navigate through the first weeks of the school year.
