Logistics for tomorrow and Thursday

Dear McMeen Community,

Now that you are aware of our early release tomorrow September 7th and Thursday September 8th at 11:20pm for all students, we have a few logistics to share with you.

• If you choose to keep your student home tomorrow and/or Thursday, their absences will be excused. 
• Students will be served lunch, eating in their classrooms prior to the early release.
• Students will be sent home with work to complete.
• The buses will be picking up bus riders at 11:30pm. 
• There will be NO Discovery Link tomorrow or Thursday afternoon. The school will close promptly at 11:30 so please plan accordingly. 
• We have also rescheduled our Back to School Night for Wednesday September 14th from 4:30-6:30pm.
