Greetings McMeen Families and Happy Wednesday!
I hope you and your students are adjusting well to this first week back to school. I have been enjoying seeing some familiar faces as well as new ones! I absolutely adore your children and thank you for your trust in me and my fellow staff members, here at McMeen, with the education and care for your children.
If your student(s) will need to have medications at school (including Over-the-Counter medications such as Tylenol, Ibuprofen, cough drops, ointments, etc.) the required medication forms must be completed and the appropriate medication must be submitted before medications can be given to your student(s). Prescription medications must be submitted in the original pharmacy packaging and must not be expired. Over-the-counter medications must be in the original, unopened packaging and must not be expired.
The forms below must be completed by the student's guardian AND a medical provider before they can be administered at school (this includes Meal Modification Forms for any special dietary needs).
