24/25 Athletic Registration!!

Good Morning, Falcons!!
I am reaching out today to encourage you all to get your Athletics Registration done over the summer! Whether you are looking to join a sport this August or next March, you can complete your registration right now. Nobody likes doing paperwork, but we might as well get it done during the summer months before school picks up and gets crazy. Please see below for all of the information regarding Athletic Registration:
- Registration Forms:
- HIGH SCHOOL- Please fill out this registration form: https://forms.gle/Ax7QfZhLphHrpy9N9
- MIDDLE SCHOOL- Please fill out this registration form: https://forms.gle/9kkRgAa5xyL3oDWp9
- Physicals:
- No student will be allowed to tryout for a sport or participate in any team activities without a current physical on file.
- See the attachment for how you can schedule a quick physical through Denver Health this summer
- Starting Fall of '25, every student wishing to participate in a sport must have the following form filled out: https://chsaanow.com/documents/2024/4/24/Student_Medical_Eligibility_Form.pdf?id=2250
- Not required for 24/25 school year, but we might as well start to get used to it
- No student will be allowed to tryout for a sport or participate in any team activities without a current physical on file.

- You can also pay with cash or check, please let me know if you would like to do that
