Hello GVR HS families,

Happy Thursday! I hope your week is going well!

As I hope you have seen from my previous emails, we have launched the interview and selection process for the next School Director of Green Valley Ranch High School. We are grateful for your trust and patience as we work through a process to identify a committed, long-term leader for your school and community. Today, I’m reaching out to share the updated timeline for the process and an opportunity to participate in a GVR HS School Director Candidate Panel on Saturday, March 16 for GVR HS families and students to learn about the School Director candidates and provide feedback on this critical hiring decision. 

Updated Timeline:

• Saturday, 3/16 @ 9:30 AM: GVR HS School Director Candidate Panel - with all candidates
• Monday, 3/18:  Finalist(s) Announced to Community
• Week of 3/18: Finalist Interviews with Home Office Leaders (including Chief of Schools, President and CEO)
• By Friday, 3/22: Final Hire Decision Announced to Community

GVR HS School Director Candidate Panel:

• When: Saturday, March 16 at 9:30 AM (coffee and snacks will be provided)
• Where: Green Valley Ranch High School Commons (Building 2)
• How to Participate: You can submit questions using this form.
  • If you would like translation or interpretation services, please identify your preference on the form.
• Additional Details: You will be able to submit questions at the beginning of the School Director Candidate Panel. However, questions submitted on the day of the panel will be selected at random and may be limited due to time.
  • After the panel, we will ask all community members to complete a feedback form.
  • Both families and HS students are invited to participate in the Candidate Panel.
  • We will provide a classroom set up with a G-rated movie for any young children who may need to attend and cannot participate.
  • For those who are unable to attend in person, we will provide a link to the recording.
