👩‍💻 January Product Release Update: A Strong Start to 2026 at ReachWell 🚀

Dear Friends - 

As we've stepped into 2026, I want to take a moment to share how proud I am of the progress we’re making at ReachWell — and how grateful we are for the partners and communities who continue to shape this platform with us.

January was a powerful month of momentum.

We shipped meaningful improvements across Announcements, Contacts, Translations, and the Mobile App experience — all with one goal in mind:

Helping organizations communicate more clearly, more reliably, and more inclusively with the people they serve.

Below are some of the highlights from releases delivered since January 1st.


📡 Stronger, Smarter Announcements

Announcements remain one of the most critical tools our partners use to reach families, residents, patients, and communities. This month, we introduced several upgrades to make messaging easier to manage and more effective.

 

New Internal Title Field

You can now add an Internal Title to any announcement — making it simple to organize messages for internal workflows or reporting.

Examples include:

  • “Reminder #1”

  • “Grant Outreach – January”

  • “School Closure Follow-Up”

This is a small feature with a big impact for teams tracking communication over time.

 

Emoji Picker in Subject Lines

A fun (and surprisingly powerful) enhancement: you can now add emojis directly into subject lines using a built-in picker — helping announcements stand out and feel more human.

 

Enhanced Translations Across Announcements and Chats

One of our proudest improvements this month: major translation upgrades across the platform.

These enhancements increase accuracy by improving:

  • contextual understanding

  • localized phrasing

  • handling of community-specific terms

This is part of ReachWell’s continued commitment to multilingual communication that feels natural — not robotic.

 

👭 User Management

 

Improved Contact Import via CSV

We’ve made importing contacts faster and more forgiving, with better feedback when files contain formatting issues. This update expands acceptance criteria and helps teams onboard large lists with confidence.


📱 Mobile App Improvements for Real-World Users

The ReachWell mobile experience is built for everyone — including low-tech users, multilingual families, and community members navigating important information quickly.

January brought major usability upgrades.

 

Reimagined Groups Flow

Many users will now see an “Update Your Groups” prompt, making it easier to join relevant groups within a channel.

We also redesigned the Groups landing page to make adding and removing groups far more intuitive.

 

All-New Side Menu + Unread Chat Indicator

Navigation just got simpler.

The mobile app now includes a redesigned side menu with an unread chat indicator — helping users stay connected without needing to hunt for updates.


🏗 Dozens of Behind-the-Scenes Platform Enhancements

The features above are only a small fraction of what shipped this month.

Our engineering team continues to deliver major improvements in reliability, performance, security, and scalability.

These upgrades are significant as we support more healthcare organizations, public agencies, and community-based partners who depend on ReachWell for timely, trusted communication.
