November Product Update

I know how busy things are, so I’ll keep this quick.

Over the past few months we’ve quietly rebuilt the ReachWell platform and app – new admin portal, better performance, and a bunch of features many of you have been asking for. Our goal is the same: make it easier for you to reach everyone, in any language, without adding more to your plate.

Here are a few highlights now live in your account:

New Admin Portal – Faster navigation, better tables, search, filters, and role-based views so admins only see what they need.
Accessibility & Languages – Now WCAG 2.2 AA compliant, plus static content in the app automatically translates based on the device’s language (including Spanish).
Easier Messaging – Improved pasting from docs/sites (including images), and custom SMS invites so you control the text that goes to unverified contacts.
More Power for Group Admins – Group admins can now update their group page with formatted content, links, and resources – and send SMS and calls in addition to app messages.
Message Analytics – See app delivered, opens, and clicks today.

If you haven’t been in recently, here are 3 quick things you can do in under 10 minutes:

Send a message from the new admin portal and download a Message Analytics Report after it goes out.
Customize your SMS invite for unverified contacts so it sounds like you.
Pick one group and update its info section with resources, links, and a short welcome message.
