Messaging Delivery Update

In addition to our COVID-19 Checklist and list of resources, we are pushing an update for Android users to improve message deliverability.

We know the importance of getting information to families quickly and easily, so we're prioritizing another update next week with:

  • Increased capacity to keep up with higher usage during the crisis
  • Improved app loading times
  • Minimizing data usage for families
  • Verification prompt pop-up (to drive families to verify)
  • Intuitive dashboard interface
  • Group Calendars
