Dear Denison Community,
Several of our classrooms have been practicing science-based, daily guided self-reflection, using free tools from the local nonprofit, The Global Coherence Project (GCP), which has been measurably successful for stress management and overall well-being.
Kendra Wilson, founder of GCP and Denison mom, is hosting a FREE workshop on Saturday, October 19th, to explain in greater detail what they offer for free to Denver Public Schools and underserved communities!
