Montessori Moment: Observation is a key component of each Montessori classroom. Our lead and assistant teachers rely on observation every day to determine how to best guide the socio-emotional and academic growth of our students. We encourage you to take a few moments to observe your child to deepen your understanding of your child’s development and progress. This article shares some tips and ideas of what you can look for when observing your child at home.

Announcements

Looking for ways to support our 6th grade students as they work to earn money for their 6th grade trip this spring? Bring some cash to school at dismissal this Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The students hope to have enough baked goods to set up two tables, one in the front of school and one on the blacktop. Please stop by and support our 6th graders!
Students in 1st - 6th grade who met Denison Montessori’s attendance goal for the month of January will receive a coupon they can use to purchase items from the 6th grade school store. Primary students will receive a certificate acknowledging their great attendance. Students who meet the attendance goal or show improved attendance for the month of February will earn a ticket to an upcoming Colorado Rapids game. We will also be raffling two $25 Target gift cards per month for the rest of the year for high attendance and improved attendance. Thank you for continuing to prioritize your child’s daily attendance!

¿Busca formas de apoyar a nuestros estudiantes de sexto grado mientras trabajan para ganar dinero para su viaje de sexto grado esta primavera? Traiga algo de dinero en efectivo a la escuela a la salida este martes, miércoles y jueves. Los estudiantes esperan tener suficientes productos horneados para montar dos mesas, una en el frente de la escuela y otra en el asfalto. ¡Pase por aquí y apoye a nuestros estudiantes de sexto grado!
Los estudiantes de 1.º a 6.º grado que alcanzaron la meta de asistencia de Denison Montessori para el mes de enero recibirán un cupón que podrán usar para comprar artículos en la tienda de la escuela de 6.º grado. Los alumnos de Primaria recibirán un certificado reconociendo su gran asistencia.
