Good evening, Denison Montessori community!  Thank you to the families who were able to join our community for our Fall Feast on November 14th.  We really loved having families in the building!  If you weren’t able to attend, we hope to find ways to include you in the Denison Community over the course of this year.  Your support and partnership is important to the success of our students.  We hope you enjoyed some time with your family over the fall break and are now ready for three busy weeks as December will be here before we know it!  Have a great week!

Bullying Prevention Tip: Cyberbullying is more common than you think!  This can take place via SMS, Text, and apps, or online in social media, forums, or gaming where people can view, participate in, or share content.  This short video can help you and your children understand cyberbullying and what steps can be taken if you have experienced it.  

 

Announcements

• Deadline Extended!  DPS has extended the deadline for the  “Your Voice/Tu Voz” survey through December 1st..   Thank you to those of you who have taken a few minutes to provide this feedback to DPS and Denison Montessori!  This input is critical to our planning at Denison and thinking about how we can improve the ways we build our Denison community.   You can access the survey link here. Families who complete their survey between now and December 1st  will be eligible for a gift card giveaway! Schools with the highest response rate are also eligible for prizes for our staff.  Thank you for your feedback!

• Denison’s CSC met on November 14th to tackle increasing parent engagement.  Please review the CSC Minutes for more details and come join the conversation on Tuesday, December 12th, at 4:15 pm.  We hope to see you there!

¡Buenas noches comunidad Denison Montessori! Gracias a las familias que pudieron unirse a nuestra comunidad para nuestra Fiesta de Otoño el 14 de noviembre. ¡Realmente nos encantó tener familias en el edificio!
