Good evening, Denison Montessori. Today’s update will be short with just a couple of reminders below. I have been cleared by my doctor to return to school on Wednesday, April 12th, and look forward to seeing everyone very soon. Enjoy the warm spring weather this week!

Announcements

Denison’s Cinco de Mayo Festival is right around the corner. If you completed a background check last year before Cinco to support our school, you WILL need to complete a new background check prior to this year’s event in order to volunteer this year. You can get the process started by visiting https://app.sterlingvolunteers.com/en/Candidates/Account/Register.
DPS’s Family and Community Engagement Department (FACE) has re-launched FACE UNIVERSITY as a parent resource tool. There are trainings and workshops across multiple topics, a resource hub, and more to come. You can subscribe for updates on the main page for when new content will be released. All content and videos have closed captioning available in 12 languages. For more information, please see the English and Spanish fliers
