Paper requiring guardian signature

Good afternoon, Denison Montessori community.  This afternoon or tomorrow, your child's teacher should be sending home a paper copy of the attached letter.  Please review the letter and return it to your child's teacher by Friday, March 24th.  

In order to continue using Transparent Classroom, the Montessori specific website that Denison Montessori uses for report cards and internal lesson planning and student progress monitoring, we must have a signed release returned for all students.  If you have multiple students at Denison, you may list all of your students on one form and return one form only to your oldest child's teacher.  This request applies to all students, ECE3 through 6th grade.

Thank you for your help in getting these forms returned to your child's teacher by March 24th!
