Announcements

New spirit wear has finally arrived and we are now taking orders for it! The cost of the t-shirts are $20 each. Purchases can be made online at https://www.myschoolbucks.com/ver2/login/postlogin.action. Orders can also be placed at the school office (only cash or check payments can be accepted in the office). Please make checks payable to Denver Public Schools and add to the memo Denison Montessori. Should you have any questions please contact Juana Davalos or Alice Cothran at 720-424-8080.
Do you have a friend or family member who is interested in having their child attend Denison Montessori? Denison will be hosting tours for prospective families in January and February. Please visit the website for more information or sign up for a tour here.
Denison’s next ELA-PAC meeting is scheduled for Thursday, December 15, at 9:45 in our library. Spanish and Vietnamese interpretation will be available. Agenda items will include volunteering at Denison, the benefits of Montessori instruction, ACCESS testing, and more. Coffee will be provided. We hope to see you there!
DPS’s December Multilingual Education (MLE) DAC meeting will take place at Abraham Lincoln High School on Wednesday, December 14th, from 5-7 pm. Dinner and childcare will be provided. If you plan to attend please RSVP here to help determine the amount of food and childcare needed for the event. If you would like to attend as a volunteer please register here. Please see the attached flyers for more information.
Would you like to have a voice in decisions that are made that impact Denison Montessori? If so, please plan to attend this month’s CSC meeting on Tuesday, December 13th.
