Good evening, Denison Montessori community! Thank you for getting the 2022-2023 school year off to a great start! Please be sure to send your students with water bottles, as we are expecting warm temperatures this week. We are looking forward to seeing our youngest ECE3 students this week and are preparing to have our ECE4 students join us on September 6th. Have a great week!

We are still looking for parents and community members to join Denison’s Collaborative School Committee (CSC) for the 2022-2022 school year. The CSC brings together families, staff and community members to create and implement a plan to promote high achievement within a school. This committee meets on a regular basis throughout the school year and is an opportunity for key stakeholders to have a voice in their school. Please email Ms. Natalie at natalie_fickes@dpsk12.net with questions or for more information.
Ms. Valerie Davis, Denison Montessori’s gifted and talented teacher, would like to share information about testing students for gifted and talented identification. Please read the attached letter and reach out to Ms. Valerie at valerie_davis@dpsk12.net with any questions.
We wanted to share more discount offers with your families, students and staff as the school year begins. $5 from each ticket sold will go back to the DPS Foundation to help aid in success within Denver Public Schools. Please find discounted tickets to two CU Buffs football games, September 2 and October 29. As well as two Colorado Rapids Soccer games on September 10 and October 1.
