Kunsmiller Creative Arts Elementary

This morning, two separate fire alarms went off in our building. We followed DPS evacuation procedures and waited for a building clear from the Denver Fire Department each time. The first alarm caused students and staff to be outside in the light rain for about five minutes. The second alarm caused students and staff to be outside in heavier rain for approximately twenty minutes. The building is clear and safe for a continued school day. 

 

However, most students' clothes are very wet as a result of the time outside. If you would like to pick up your students, or bring them a change of clothes, please enter the school through the southwest entrance and sign in with the front office.
