What: TeamSmile will provide all free dental care and education that is needed for each child, a DJ for the kids to enjoy, games and entertainment. TeamSmile will provide the support you need to remove transportation barriers. Students who are waiting for care get to dance with a DJ, explore activity tables, meet the ROCKIES MASCOT, and spend time on Rockies field! Please see the attached consent forms and submit them to the front office OR come to the front office for these forms. (English, Spanish) Forms are due Monday, April 29.

Time: 9 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

We are a nonprofit organization that partners with professional sport teams and dental professionals to provide FREE dental care to underserved children in the community. We are partnering with the Colorado Rockies to hold a program on Friday, May 3. During this program, we plan to provide various free dental care consisting of exams, x-rays, cleaning, extractions, and fillings. Parents choose what level of care they approve for their student from preventative/sealants to fillings/extractions.
