Dear Families,

We hope you had a wonderful spring break! April celebrates Arab American Heritage Month. We want to recognize and celebrate the rich heritage of Arab Americans and their contributions to our community. To learn about Arab American history, culture, and achievements visit the Arab America Foundation website.

First Friday Coffee and Conversation Tomorrow

Please join us tomorrow for Coffee and Conversation. We will learn about the DPS Family and Community Engagement resources and more. See you at 7:45!

CMAS Testing Starts on Tuesday

Students in grades 3 - 5 will take the annual CMAS tests beginning April 9th. These important math, literacy, and science tests provide us with useful information about how students are growing and achieving. The full CMAS details and schedule are posted here. Please review the schedule to make sure you don’t schedule doctor’s appointments or other activities during the testing times.

We have a CMAS pep rally for grades 3-5 tomorrow afternoon to get students excited about the tests and encourage them to do their best.
