Dear Families,

 

Thank you for celebrating the Dances of Mexico with us last night! It was a beautiful evening full of joy, community, culture, and celebration – all things we value at Barney Ford. This is the first of many family nights we have planned for the year. We hope to see you at all of them! A heartfelt THANK YOU goes out to all the parents who volunteered to set up, serve food, and clean up afterward. We 💜 our volunteers!

Parent-Teacher Conferences

On October 4th and 5th, we will be holding Parent-Teacher Conferences from 3:45-7:00 pm. Conferences are an important opportunity for you to check in with your child’s teacher to see how they are doing academically and socially. You’ll also get tips on how to support your child’s learning at home. Please be sure to sign up next week.

Attendance Update

Our school attendance goal is 95% every day. Last week our attendance rate was 92.8%. Unfortunately, our attendance is going down instead of getting closer to 95%. Please help us by making sure your students are at school every day they are healthy. Third grade had the best attendance last week at 96%.
