7-12th Grade (GoBound) ATHLETIC REGISTRATION HELP and DIRECTIONS

Please follow these directions to ensure your student can participate in an athletic activity.

Please reach out to your physician's office to receive an up to date physical as we stopped collecting paper copies at the end of last year.

FIRST: Connect your student to your "family acct" (see Instructions here)

NEXT:

Connect to your student(s) https://www.gobound.com/ia/schools/alburnett
Parents will then need to upload physicals and register their student for EACH sport they are joining.
Registration will need to be done for each sport.
After your initial info is entered per student, per sport parents will then need to (enter through all 11 *steps).
- *Most likely not much has changed from sport to sport, but you will need to go through the process.

REMINDER:

A Student's physical and electronically signed permissions will stay with that student until the document has expired.
- 12 months after the exam allowing 1 month grace period thereafter to secure a follow-up physical to be performed

Students WILL NOT be cleared to participate until
- a physical has been uploaded to the account.
- The parents/guardians will need to complete the ENTIRE registration for EACH SPORT.
- We will CONFIRM that every physical uploaded, is dated within 12 months of the exam date, and has the physician's signature clearing the student to participate.
- Please DO NOT upload incorrect information, as it will not be accepted.
