DSST: Aurora Science & Tech Middle School

Please take the DSST Tri 2 Family Survey!

03/06/23, 1:15 PM

We hope everyone has a safe and wonderful upcoming Spring Break. We officially have only one Trimester left in the school year, and we want to make sure we are hearing from our families about your experience in our schools this year.

One of the most valuable ways we can improve is to hear from you, our parents and families. We are committed to hearing your feedback on what is working well for you and your students, as well as areas that may need improvement. Each trimester, we send out a comprehensive network survey to gather your input. You’ll notice that our survey questions do not change between Tri 1 and Tri 2. We keep the same questions to see changes over time in order to determine and analyze trends that may need our attention. That said, we have added a new “Exceptional Learner Section” that will now be a staple of our Trimester Family surveys.

Our Trimester Two survey is now open. Please take a few minutes to let us know how the school year is going for your student and family.

  • Click here to take the survey.

  • The survey window runs from today, March 6, through the end of the day Friday, March 24.

  • The survey covers a variety of topics including communication and engagement, student experience and school operations. The survey should take approximately 5-7 minutes per school to complete.

  • Families can choose to share their contact information or remain anonymous.

  • We value the voices of all of our families and have made the survey available in nine languages: English, Spanish, Arabic, Amharic, Vietnamese, Tigrigna, Somali, Nepali and French. Click your preferred language on the top right hand side of the survey (see below).

We know surveys take time, and we appreciate the time you’ve already taken to voice your feedback.

We deeply value our partnership with you, our families, and look forward to hearing your feedback. Thank you for taking the time to complete the Trimester 2 survey

Sincerely,

DSST Public Schools
