Hello Teller Families!

I hope you all had a phenomenal weekend!!! This email will information on all afterschool programming for the remainder of this year. Additionally, we have the Fall 2024 Enrichment Brochure linked below!

This is the FINAL week for all spring session enrichments, music programs, and number ninjas. There are select classes that have a makeup class, they are noted below. Again, all other classes will be complete this week.

THESE ARE THE ONLY CLASSES WITH MAKE UP CLASSES THE WEEK OF 5/27-5/31:

Thursday
City Strings: Ukulele	Make up on 5/30 due to the 3/14 snow day
Little Fencers	Make up on 5/30 due to the 3/14 snow day
Nexplore: Strawbees	Make up on 5/30 due to the 3/14 snow day
Friday
Nexplore: Drones and Flight & Aerodynamics	Make up on 5/31 due to the 3/15 snow day
Art For Life- All-In-1 Class	Make up on 5/31 due to the 3/15 snow day
Omniform Martial Arts	Make up on 5/31 due to the 3/15 snow day
COOLinary Cooking Club	Make up on 5/31 due to the 3/15 snow day

Here is the link to the Fall 2024 Enrichment brochure! There are a total of 40+ enrichment classes being offered throughout the week and several providers accommodating longer classes and ECE aged students.

Unfortunately, due to internal DPS departments, we will not be able to open registration until information is transferred to MySchoolBucks from DPS Food Services. That being said, Fall 2024 registration will open up at 6am on July 25th. Here is more information about the platform and how to register your students. Incoming ECE, KG, and new families will have to wait until their account information is transferred before being able to create an account and register for classes.

Lastly, if you have any questions or would like to secure a spot in Discovery Link, here is some information below:

Registration Fee:$50 for one child and $75 for a family

Programming:

All schools provide after-school (PM) programming from bell time until 6:00pm

Many sites, but not all also offer before-school (AM), Camp, Early Release & ECE programs

2024-2025 PRICING:

PM Discovery Link- $18.00

Early Release Days-$30.00

Camp Days-$55.00

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE & DISCOUNTS:

- Sibling Discount: Discovery Link offers a 10% discount for siblings. The discount is applied to the second child in a family and each additional child thereafter.
- Free & Reduced Lunch:Financial Assistance is available for those families who qualify for DPS’s Free and Reduced Lunch program. The discount is 30% off the regular tuition rate. This discount does not apply to additional fees including, but not limited to: registration, field trips, late pick-up, or unscheduled attendance. Families who wish to utilize this discount must email a copy of their authorization letter to diiscovery_link@dpsk12.org . The discount will be applied once the authorization letter is received. A new authorization letter is required every school year.
- CCAP: Families who qualify for the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program (CCCAP) are encouraged to apply.
