Spring Break pantry schedule

Mr. Smartt, Teller's assistant principal has created a survey as part of his personal learning to determine if the pantry is meeting the needs of families. No matter if you visit the pantry often or have only been once, please consider completing the survey. From Mr. Smartt,

"This survey will help us measure whether or not our "food receivers" feel a sense of dignity when accessing the pantry. This is for my Master of Social Work (MSW) Capstone Project and I would greatly appreciate your responses!"
