Thank You, Teller Community!

Our 2nd annual Fall Festival was a huge success! We enjoyed spending the evening with our community celebrating fall. Congratulations, Stella Strawn for guessing the weight (213 pounds) of the gigantic pumpkin.

PTA Meeting Canceled

Our November 1st PTA meeting has been canceled. We will be using this time to finalize the details for Totally Teller.

CSC Meeting

Our November 1st CSC meeting will be held as scheduled. We will meet in-person at Teller. On this week’s agenda, we will be discussing enrollment, budget, and staffing.

It’s Almost Here…

Totally Teller 2022 is coming up fast on Saturday, November 12th! Don’t miss a fantastic evening making new friends and reconnecting with old ones! The fun happens at FlyteCo Tower in Central Park and includes food, drinks, arcade games, bowling, a live band and so many fantastic auction items to win!

Tickets are $75 per person and will go up on November 3rd. Get them now on the event website.

Totally Teller Slumber Party for Kids

There are still spots left for the Totally Teller Slumber Party for Kids! Drop your kids off at Teller before the event and pick them up the next morning!

At the Slumber Party, your child will be fed dinner, watch movies (age appropriate), play flashlight tag, read stories, and enjoy a whole array of shenanigans before settling down to spend the night in the school. You can drop your kiddo off at 5pm on Saturday, November 12th and pick them up between 7am and 8am on Sunday, November 13th. They will get breakfast snacks on Sunday morning as well.

Members of Team Teller are the awesome people caring for your kids all night. There will be one adult per 15 children. Kids will be in small groups based on grade level. They will also have time for fun as one big group, and older siblings will be allowed to tuck in younger siblings if the need arises.

Babysitting is $70 per child for one child or $60 per child for 2 or more kids. Get your tickets for Totally Teller and for overnight babysitting here on the event website.

Illustrator Visit

Third grade students were excited to have a special visit from artist and illustrator, Elizabeth Bergeland. She shared a wonderful presentation describing her life as an artist and her process for creating picture books. Students made connections and asked great questions.

Her books, Being Edie Is Hard Today and The Great Whipplethorp Bug Collection, are available for order at The Bookies Bookstore.

Save the Date

Teller’s annual Scholastic Book Fair will be held Monday, November 14th - Friday, November 18th. Look for additional information in the next PRIDE Post.

Thanksgiving Lunch @ Teller

On Friday, November 18th, we will be hosting our annual Thanksgiving Lunch. Please plan to attend this community event as we enjoy feasting with as many family and friends as possible. Meal tickets will be for sale on Friday, November 4th via MySchoolBucks.
