At this event, DPS families can learn more about:
-DPS policy regarding safety

-How to access appropriate resources for people who have experienced trauma
You can access the event flyer here.
Trick-or-Treat Street at East High School
East High School is hosting a Trick-or-Treat Street to give local children and families a safe space to go trick-or-treating. Over 30 East student clubs and sports teams will have booths where children can play games, and of course get candy. It's a great time for kiddos to show off their costumes and have a safe environment to wander around.
Where: East High School's Esplanade (we have gained a permit to close northbound Esplanade from 16th to 17th Ave) - rain or shine!
When: Thursday, October 27, from 4 pm to 5:30 pm
Will it Cost Money? NO! Entry to Trick-or-Treat Street is completely free, and anyone can participate.
Additional information can be found here.
Fall Festival Candy & Decorations Still Needed
Candy is still needed for the Trunk-or-Treat activity at the Fall Festival. We realize that you may want to contribute but just don't have the time or energy to get it done. Let us help! PTA member, Kathy Price, is collecting donations and will purchase the candy and deliver it to Teller on behalf of the community. If you would like to contribute, Venmo Kathy at kathleen-price-7 and please include in the Venmo note that it is for the fall festival/candy. The last four digits of her cell are 5887 for Venmo verification. She will accept donations until 10/26 so candy can be purchased on the 27th. Please feel free to email communications@tellerpta.org with any questions.
We are also in need of a few decorations. Mrs. Ryan, Teller's Fall Festival Decorator Extraordinaire needs the following items: hay bales, mums, pumpkins, and cornstalks. Her SignUpGenius can be found here.
It’s Almost Time…
Totally Teller 2022 is on Saturday, November 12th! Don't miss a fantastic evening making new friends and reconnecting with old ones! The fun happens at FlyteCo Tower in Central Park and includes food, drinks, arcade games, bowling, a live band and so many fantastic auction items to win!

Totally Teller Slumber Party for Kids
Drop your kids off at Teller before the event and pick them up the next morning! Overnight babysitting is BACK this year.
At the Slumber Party, your child will be fed dinner, watch movies (age appropriate), play flashlight tag, read stories, and enjoy a whole array of shenanigans before settling down to spend the night in the school. You can drop your kiddo off at 5pm on Saturday, November 12th and pick them up between 7am and 8am on Sunday, November 13th. They will get breakfast snacks on Sunday morning as well.
Members of Team Teller are the awesome people caring for your kids all night. There will be one adult per 15 children. Kids will be in small groups based on grade level. They will also have time for fun as one big group, and older siblings will be allowed to tuck in younger siblings if the need arises.
Overnight babysitting is $70 per child for one child or $60 per child for 2 or more kids. Get your tickets for overnight babysitting here on the event website.
