To ensure Picture Day runs smoothly, we need 2 parent volunteers to work with the children and assist the teachers and photographers. Please call the main office if you are interested (first come, first served)

Responsibilities include:

• 1 volunteer needed from 8:00am-11:30am and 1 volunteer needed from 11:30am-2:30pm
• Get students from class and bring them to the photo area at their allotted time
• Make sure each student has picture form (not someone else's) if the parent or guardian did not pay online
• Help complete a printed form for any student missing his/her form
• Keep students quiet, in line, and moving through the line (calling up the next student, etc.
• PLEASE NOTE: Any parent volunteer who signs up MUST pass a Volunteer Background Check It can take up to 2-3 days for the office to get the results, please complete ASAP.

Upon arrival, you can check in at the Main Office to sign in and receive complementary coupon.
