Good Afternoon New & Returning Farrell B. Howell Families!
Our 2022-2023 in-person registration for all families will be happening Friday, August 5th from 11:30 AM to 6:30 PM and Monday, August 8th from 6:30 AM to 1:30 PM in our school cafeteria.
Parents/guardians can come in anytime during the registration times (Friday, August 5th from 11:30 AM to 6:30 PM or Monday, August 8th from 6:30 AM to 1:30 PM) to complete all the required registration paperwork, meet our school's support staff, and meet many of our community partners which offer services at no cost to our families.
- New Families and ECE Students:
- If your family is new to DPS, please bring the following enrollment documents:
- Proof of age: from birth certificate; Baptismal record; hospital record with official signature; passport; I-94.
- Proof of address: from current utility bill with service address; valid rental/lease agreement; warranty deed; current mortgage statement; property tax notice (if not in the guardian name, must provide landlord letter).
- Immunization Record
- For ECE, proof of income must also be provided: 2021 W-2 or 2021 taxes, 30 consecutive days of paycheck stubs, letter from employer on company letterhead that states hours worked and pay rate, If applicable, proof of non-work income (TANF, food stamps, child support, etc.)
- Returning Families:
- If you have moved over summer break, please bring an updated proof of address (see list above.)
- If your students received any vaccinations over summer break (especially outside the state of Colorado), please bring a copy of their updated immunization records.
- If your family is new to DPS, please bring the following enrollment documents:
