When reaching out to our office team to ask questions, address concerns, or schedule a meeting with our school leadership team there is a minimum amount of information that is necessary for our office team to best support you. Our professional office support team is an excellent resource to support you and your family. All the information you share with them is strictly confidential and only shared with the school leadership team and/or other school support team members on a must know basis.

Most importantly the office support team needs to understand the nature of your concern so that they can send your concern over to the best person (principals, deans, district, etc.) and ensure the right people are involved if a meeting is needed.

I encourage you to reach out to our amazing office support team if you have any questions or concerns and they will be happy to further discuss how we handle these types of requests and how we can all work together to support your family and our students.
